Dear Business Owner/Merchant:
I am writing on behalf of the South Park BMX organization. We are a locally operated, non-profit organization that provides an outdoor facility for children and families to ride and race BMX (bicycle motocross) bicycles and even compete with other riders of the same age and proficiency. During our race season (April through November), we host a number of practices and races throughout the year.
Although the South Park BMX track is located within a county park and is open to the public, it is the sole responsibility of our volunteer South Park BMX organization to maintain the facility, the buildings and the track itself. As a volunteer organization, we cannot do it alone. We rely on generous business donations and fundraising efforts to provide much needed support.
The reason for this letter is to request your help with products or services for auction events held throughout the racing season. Our first auction will be held on 5/14/2022 at our PA State qualifier race.
If you would be interested in a monetary donation as a track sponsor we have sponsorship packages available as well.
If you are able to make a donation, which we would greatly appreciate, please let us know. If you prefer, we can pick up or you can mail to the address below.
South Park BMX is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), organization and all donations to South Park BMX are tax deductible.
