St. Clair TNR & Rescue volunteers are committed to reducing the number of animals that enter our local animal control faciliity through low-cost spay/neuter options, TNR (trap, neuterm return), pet retention solutions, and rescue/adoption services. We believe that one day they will ALL be home!
