The mission of the Talley Street Upper Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to provide financial assistance for activities and events that support our school’s expeditionary learning objectives, enrich our school culture, and build a sense of community. We work hard to support the diverse needs of our nearly 660 students at Talley (3rd, 4th, and 5th graders) and the teachers and staff who instruct them. Talley Upper Elementary School is currently on the list of Georgia Title 1 Schools. Money raised by the Talley PTO helps to fund student field trips, school events and assemblies, diversity and equity programs, school garden and health/wellness initiatives, teacher appreciation activities, teacher grants, and/or other needs as they arise in our school community.
