Teresian House strives to provide the elderly with the highest quality continuum of services to enhance their physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.As a faith-based organization sponsored by the Albany Roman Catholic Diocese and served by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, our commitment is fully the residents we serve. Teresian House strives to be a beacon of Catholic health care to the community we serve and to all those whose lives we touch. It will proclaim the value of life and the beauty and dignity of old age and will strive to maintain a leadership role in the shaping and delivery of services and programs of care for the elderly. 

Teresian House Nursing Home Company, Inc. (the Nursing Home) was organized in 1972 pursuant to the New York State Membership Corporation's Law and the New York State Public Health Law and operates a 300-bed nursing home in Albany, New York.  The Nursing Home is sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany and served by the Order of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.
