My name is Frances Harper and I represent the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance.  We are an organization that helps fund research and educates families, patients, caregivers and the community on Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC).  TSC is a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form in various organs, primarily the brain, eyes, heart, kidneys, skin and lungs.  It's also the leading genetic cause of both epilepsy and autism.  Therefore, much of the research benefits the epilepsy and autism communities.

My personal story and motivation is my 5-year-old daughter Rosy.  Rosy was diagnosed with TSC at 10 months and as a result, she also battles epilepsy, autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD and has tumors in her brain, eyes and kidneys.  We fight o a daily basis because our child is our world.  WE attend conferences and educate ourselves and overcome our own fears pushing past our comfort zones because we want to be part of a cure.   We believe in a cure, we believe in research and educating people.

We would love some support.  We need sponsors and raffle items for our walk.

Our community is so loving and giving and full of spirit and the disabilities range from mild to severe.

If you are willing to support in any way we are extremely grateful.  If you have any ideas for us please let us know!
