The Mission of the Village Beautification Committee is to enhance quality of life and promote community pride. The Steering Committee will identify areas in need of improvement, develop and implement applicable projects, secure funding resources to achieve its goals, and to recruit/maintain the Community Involvement group. Volunteer members who comprise this group are committed to working collaboratively with Village departments and the Village board to fulfill their mission. The Trustee liaison to the Beautification and Community Involvement will serve as the Board Sponsor to this committee. The Goal of this committee is to improve and create places our community can be proud of and to motivate the Village’s diverse population to participate in the beautification process.
