Our group is a unique community of women from Northwest Indiana with a common sense of purpose. Women United Northwest Indiana focuses on women’s initiatives to build a stronger community for all. We currently support the United Way NWI Level Up program in its efforts to help participants become financially independent. Through customized one-on-one support, the Level Up program helps members of our community break down barriers to reach their potential and achieve financial stability. In addition to supporting the Level Up program, we also actively support nonprofits in Northwest Indiana that directly benefit women and children such as domestic violence shelters like The Caring Place, Haven House, and St. Jude House and halfway houses such as Alice’s House.
