Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities, with more than 12,000 members worldwide. To provide adults living with disabilities an opportunity to develop initiative, leadership skills and to serve their communities. Our "Light the Night" event is on November 9th, 2019 and we are asking for donations for the silent auction.
We Provide philanthropy and service to our local community. Areas of focus include: childhood education and hunger, and promotion of arts. This is a chance for young adults with Down syndrome to give back by doing service projects throughout our community. Our next project will be packing backpacks and delivering meals to the hundreds of children who are living in motels where the only meal most get are the ones at school.
