DISTRICT 59 EDUCATION FOUNDATION
OUR MISSION
The District 59 Education Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of education and increase community involvement by fostering partnerships that support excellence and innovation in Community Consolidated School District 59.
OUR VISION
The vision of the District 59 Education Foundation is to foster excellence in education by soliciting donations of time, money, or gifts in kind to underwrite the cost of innovative and enhanced programming for our children. Opportunities for educational enhancement are identified through ongoing communication with District 59 staff, families, and community members.
The Foundation articulates the needs of the schools to the community. It also builds relationships to provide mutual support between the district’s schools, and the businesses, nonprofit organizations, and residents of District 59.
