The Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA is dedicated to improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential as children of God through development of the spirit, mind and body.
We serve over 20,000 members and thousands more program participants in the North San Diego County Coastal service area. We're dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
